Glenn's Art Studio

ACTIVE:
Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, c1899

The back stamp on the photo below indicates that Glenn's Art Studio is the successor to Edwards at 106-108 Sixth Street. The Edwards Gallery was active at least at late as March 1898. It is likely that the Glenn studio was short-lived, as it had no listings in the 1899-1902 Pittsburgh city directories.

The only reference that I can find to a "Glenn's Art Studio" in Pennsylvania over this approximate time period is in the following article in The Washington (PA) Reporter, Wednesday, September 27, 1905. There is nothing available to indicate that Miss Glenn was the proprietor of the Pittsburgh studio, although Washington is in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.
